Add chickpeas, tahini, Ultra Premium non-flavored Olive Oil and 2 tbsp flavored Olive Oil to a food processor or blender; pulse to make a rough puree, add garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, lemon juice to puree, pulse to make a smooth puree. You may need to add liquid from chickpeas to the processor to make the puree smooth.
Taste and adjust the seasoning (we often find we like to add much more lemon juice)
Put hummus on a serving platter, drizzle with a fair amount of flavored olive oil. Sprinkle the top with cumin, paprika, and parsley
