• 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 molasses
  • 1 cup Olivino's Traditional Aged Dark Balsamic
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp dry mustard
  • 2 tbsp Olivino's Baklouti Olive Oil
  • 1 small white or yellow onion, minced
  • 2 tsp granulated garlic
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp cayenne (optional for lover's of heat)
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • Fresh ground pepper to taste


  1. Heat the olive oil of your choice in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes
  2. Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, molasses, brown sugar, Traditional Balsamic Vinegar, mustard, granulated garlic, smoked paprika, black pepper, cayenne pepper and stir to combine.
  3. Bring to a boil, the reduce heat to low and simmer until slightly thickened, about 30 minutes, stirring frequently
  4. Transfer sauce to blender and blend until smooth. 
  5. Let cool to room temperature, transfer to a jar and store in refrigerator for up to a month
