Directions
- In a bowl or mason jar mix together all ingredients except frozen blueberries.
- Lightly oil your baking dish. (We used butter infused olive oil)
- Cube 3/4 loaf of bread and place in baking dish.
- Pour mixture over bread cubes and drizzled with maple balsamic.
- Let sit in fridge overnight.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.
- Place one bag of frozen blueberries in a small pot.
- Add 1/4 cup maple syrup and 1 tablespoon blueberry balsamic.
- Cook blueberry mixture on the stovetop for about 10 minutes.
- Top bake with blueberry sauce and serve!
