- Blenheim Apricot Balsamic
- Bourbon
- Angostura Bitters
- Lemon
- Club Soda
Directions

Fill 12 oz glass with ice
- Add 1 1/2 oz bourbon
- Add 3/4 oz Blenheim Apricot Balsamic
- Add 3 dashes of angostura bitters
- Squeeze in lemon wedge (like you mean it)
- Top off glass with club soda
- Toss vigorously and serve
