1. Lightly oil frying pan with olive oil and put over medium to high heat.
  2. In a separate bowl, add banana slices and drizzle balsamic over the bananas along with salt, cinnamon, and coconut milk. Lightly mix.
  3. Add banana mixture to heated pan and stir vigorously, careful not to mash.
  4. Bananas are done when balsamic starts to caramelize!
