• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tsp Olivino Espresso Balsamic
  • 1 tbsp strong brewed coffee
  • ¼ cup and 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 8oz pkg mascarpone cheese, room temperature
  • 1 tsp chocolate syrup
  • 1 tsp spiced rum, optional


  1. Whip heavy whipping cream until medium peaks form. Set aside for later.
  2. In a separate mixing bowl beat mascarpone, espresso balsamic, sugar, chocolate syrup, coffee, and rum. Beat until fully combined.
  3. Fold mascarpone mixture into whipping cream. Chill and then serve.
  4. Enjoy!
