• 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/3 cup minced onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tsp chopped rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp chopped thyme
  • 1 tbsp Olivino Wild Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs



  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Mix all meatball ingredients together in large mixing bowl and roll out into gold ball sized meatballs and place on foil lined sheet pan
  • Cook at 350 degrees until center reaches 160 degrees (about  minutes) then broil 1-3 minutes
  • Place in serving dish
  • Combine Olivino Black Mission Fig Balsamic and Honey in saucepan and simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes
  • Pour over meatballs and serve warm
