• 1-12oz box jumbo pasta shells, cooked
  • 1lb ground chuck, cooked
  • 1lb ground Italian sausage, cooked
  • 1lb ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, extra for topping
  • 3 cups spinach, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh Italian parsley, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh basil, minced
  • ¼ tsp fresh oregano, minced
  • ½ cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • ¼ cup Olivino Ultra Premium Olive Oil, extra for drizzling
  • ¼ cup Olivino Denissimo Balsamic
  • 1 can diced tomatoes


  1. Mix all ingredients together except diced tomatoes and shells.
  2. Stuff shells with mixture.
  3. Place in lightly oiled baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle diced tomatoes and Parmesan cheese on top.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
