- Add the black beans, olive oils, salt, cumin, lime juice, water and cilantro to the blender and blend until smooth. (You may need to stop and stir a few times)
- If the dip is too thick, add a bit of water or lime juice little by little to thin
- Taste and adjust seasoning, if necessary
- Serve warm, cold or room temperature
*Baklouti will have some heat...so if you don't like the heat, use any of our Single Varietal Ultra Premium Olive Oils or double the Garlic Infused Olive Oil...it will still be a delicious bean dip!
