  • 1 head green leaf lettuce washed and chopped 
  • 2 red bell peppers washed, seeded and diced 
  • 1 small cucumber seeded and diced 
  • ¼ cup finely chopped red onion 
  • 1 medium tomato diced  
  • ½ cup feta cheese 
  • ½ cup sliced Kalamata olives 
  • ½ lemon for squeezing 
  • 1/3 cup Olivino Basil Olive Oil 
  • 1/3 cup Olivino Traditional Balsamic


  1. Layer ingredients into 4-5 mason jars in the following order from bottom up 
  2. Red pepper, onion, cucumber, tomatoes, olives, feta cheese 
  3. Wisk Oil, Balsamic and juice of ½ lemon together in bowl and pour in equal amounts over filled mason jars 
  4. Top each mason jar off with as much chopped lettuce as you desire and place in refrigerator until needed 
  5. To serve, shake jar to mix ingredients and pour into serving bowl. 
  6. Enjoy!
