INGREDIENTS
- 1 head green leaf lettuce washed and chopped
- 2 red bell peppers washed, seeded and diced
- 1 small cucumber seeded and diced
- ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
- 1 medium tomato diced
- ½ cup feta cheese
- ½ cup sliced Kalamata olives
- ½ lemon for squeezing
- 1/3 cup Olivino Basil Olive Oil

1/3 cup Olivino Traditional Balsamic
DIRECTIONS
- Layer ingredients into 4-5 mason jars in the following order from bottom up
- Red pepper, onion, cucumber, tomatoes, olives, feta cheese
- Wisk Oil, Balsamic and juice of ½ lemon together in bowl and pour in equal
amounts over filled mason jars
- Top each mason jar off with as much chopped lettuce as you desire and place
in refrigerator until needed
- To serve, shake jar to mix ingredients and pour into serving bowl.
