1. Chop up the mozzarella cheese, basil, and cherry tomatoes
  2. Store in the fridge until ready to serve (up to 24 hours)
  3. When ready to serve, toss in emulsified EVOO and Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing, add salt and pepper to taste
  4. Serve and enjoy!
