1. Bring large pot of water to a boil. Add green beans and parboil for a few minutes. Be sure to pull them before they are done. (If cooking later, add to an ice bath and set aside until ready to use.)
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. Heat 1-2 tbsp Black Pepper Oil in a large saucepan. Add green beans, garlic, and tomatoes.
  4. Season with kosher salt and cook on medium high heat until tender or about 5 minutes.
  5. Add balsamic (and cooked bacon) and stir-fry for about two minutes or until balsamic starts to thicken.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
