- Bring large pot of water to a boil. Add green beans and parboil for a few minutes. Be sure to pull them before they are done. (If cooking later, add to an ice bath and set aside until ready to use.)
- Drain and set aside.
- Heat 1-2 tbsp Black Pepper Oil in a large saucepan. Add green beans, garlic, and tomatoes.
- Season with kosher salt and cook on medium high heat until tender or about 5 minutes.
- Add balsamic (and cooked bacon) and stir-fry for about two minutes or until balsamic starts to thicken.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
