• 8 oz of linguine pasta
  • 3 large ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup minced basil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 3 tbsp Tuscan Herb Olive Oil


  1. Cook linguine according to your package directions in a pot of salted water
  2. While the pasta is cooking, chop your tomatoes and place in a bowl
  3. Add your minced basil and Parmesan cheese and 1 tbsp of Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
  4. When the pasta is al dente, with a pasta spoon or tongs, strain your pasta right into the tomato mixture and toss gently
  5. Add the remaining 2 tbsp Tuscan Herb Olive Oil and toss to coat until a nice sauce forms
