• 4 cups Fresh Brussels Sprouts, shredded
  • 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
  • 1 cup Fresh Apricots, sliced
  • 1 cup Fresh Oranges, sliced
  • 1 cup Candied Walnuts
  • 1 cup Ocean Spray Craisins
  • 4 oz pkg. goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Olivino Apricot Balsamic
  • 1/2 cup Olivino Blood Orange Olive Oil


  1. Combine all vegetables and fruits
  2. Emulsify olive oil and balsamic
  3. Drizzle the salad with dressing, to taste, and toss
  4. Refrigerate for an hour or so before serving
  5. Top with goat cheese and Olivino Candied Walnuts before serving.
  6. Enjoy!
